What are the steps for making an API response global using TypeScript and useContext?

Having trouble figuring this out:

I want to use use Context with TypeScript to pass down a REST API response consisting of a json object with a shape like:

Type Recipe {
isVegan: boolean;
title: string;
extendedIngredients: NestedObjects[];
};

What is the best way to go about creating an object that encompasses the expected API response and the set State function I want to provide as context?

My plan is to make an get request tied to an on Click event in a child component, and set the state to the response so the information is available globally.
