I added a new font in Shogun Page Builder named "Neue Helvetica Pro Black" but how do I reference my .ttf file in that font? because when I set the font to "Neue Helvetica Pro Black" only the font family changes but the actual font is serif.

I also tried to create a font-face and replaced every font-family: Karla (default font) but that didn't work too. So how do you add a .ttf file and set it as your font in BigCommerce stencil? or even in Shopify, because shopify also has Shogun Page Builder.
