La propiedad .value solo existe en las entradas. El 'elemento' no es una variable constante.

Si desea obtener el contenido, puede hacer lo siguiente:

 const element = document.getElementById("nav-robux-amount"); if (element) window.alert(element.textContent)

Nota: innerHTML no es tan bueno como textContent, ya que es vulnerable a los ataques.
