¿Cómo puedo acceder a las variables globales con domParser en javascript?

Estoy analizando la página HTML con la función de búsqueda y domParser. Entre las etiquetas de script de esta página html, hay algunos valores a los que quiero acceder, estos se definen con la variable let. Cuando hago console.log en Chrome, puedo acceder a estas variables, pero cuando quiero hacerlo después del análisis, aparece un error no definido.
