i run

npm init playwright@latest -- --quiet --browser=chromium --browser=firefox --browser=webkit

After running that command I keep getting the below.

Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir 'C:\Users\Liel'command not found: create-playwright

It did not work.(
