I am writing a script that adds a few different data types sequentially to a buffer:

1) UTF-8 string of up to 4 characters
2) uint64 using bignum
3) uint64 using bignum
4) boolean flag

What is the fastest way to write and store a bignum uint64 into a buffer in javascript?
