Js toma los días de los últimos n meses

Este código me da los días de los últimos 3 meses, pero me gustaría intentar optimizarlo, hacerlo más rápido si es posible.

¿Me puedes dar algún consejo?

Posiblemente pueda ganar algo de velocidad al no usar la biblioteca luxon, sino solo los objetos Date nativos:
