How to detect Chrome (address/payment) autofill browser popup

I would like to know if there is a way to detect if Chrome has saved user's address or credit card details. Or also when the browser shows the user the autofill popup in the upper right corner.

In my opinion, this pop-up that appears in the top right corner of the browser is not always noticeable enough (especially on large screens). Therefore, if possible, I would like to use JavaScript to intercept when there is saved data and, in addition to the browser popup, display a button which places the autofill data in the appropriate form fields.

Do you see a way to do that? Or something similar like that?
