I'm programming a Dotnet6 MVC application. I own a Macbook Pro with M1 chip and use VS Code. The front end is Javascript. Is there a way to debug javascript directly in VS Code. I've searched a lot on the internet but couldn't find anything. It is only often that it works. Unfortunately, my breakpoints are not reached. Either the message Breakpoint unbound or symbols are not loaded.

I would be really grateful for any help.
