I am trying to rebuild a marquee animation with css and js since I realised the marquee tag does not have the brightest future afer all.

Showing exactly the animation how I want it to be. Since I have never build such an animation I do not know where to start. Any kind of help in form of code would be highly appreciated. Otherwise I would also be really happy if anyone could give a hint on which js or css to use. Cheers
