Why when summing values in JavaScript/Node do certain values come back extremely small rather than 0?

(203.36) + (-203.36) = 0

(100.01 + 100.02) + ( -200.03) = 0

(14.27 + 33.29) + (-47.56) = 0

But:

61.01 + 142.35 + (-203.36) = -2.8421709430404E-14

Why is this and is there anyway to fix this rather than just ignoring extremely small numbers?
