Filter orders by order total on woocommerce for a custom function

I need to filter orders based on order total for a custom function. If the order total is less than 1 then it should be false or if it's equal or greater to 1 then it should be true. Here's the code I have. I just need to add 1 more condition to it.

function customtrack_for_woocommerce_woocommerce_new_order( $order_id ){
    $is_processed = get_post_meta( $order_id, '_customtrack_processed', true );
    if ( $is_processed == '1' ){
        return false;
    }

I'm not good at php. let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
