Timepicker in jQuery: set a start time before the default time

I'm trying to set a jQuery timestamp, so that the time displayed is the current time and the departure time is 11:00.

This is the code I use:

$(document).ready(function () {
    var times = new Date();
    $('.tempo').timepicker({
        timeFormat: 'HH:mm',
        interval: 10,
        startTime: '11:00',
        defaultTime: times.getHours() + ":" + (Math.floor(times.getMinutes() / 10) * 10),
        scrollbar: true
    });
});

The "default time" is displayed correctly, but the "start time" is also set in the same way, instead of 11:00.

How can I solve this?
