Heroku) Ways to use 2 ports on FREE dyno type (Only provide one port for an App.)?

FYI, I used Next.js and Nest.js.

I'm having trouble hosting my project using Heroku.

My project is currently using two ports, 3000 for front-end server and 5001 for back-end server.

As I haven't considered to pay out for hosting my project, I planned to choose FREE dyno type in Heroku. However, Free dyno type only provides one port and I'm currently looking for ways to handle this situation without spending. It is impossible to modify an app to use only one port.

Probably charging is the easiest way but right now I'm a student and probably cannot afford 25$ for each months (for 25$ a month, I can use multiple ports for an app by upgrading tier in Heroku).

Is there any way to combine my front-end & back-end server in one port and distribute by using Heroku Free Dyno Type?

I'm a newbie for distrubuting an app so your help will be much appreciated. Thank you!
