I want to add 4 number. When user come to the website,

he will see a option with text, A, B, C, D. Value of A is 1. Value of B is 2. Value of C is 3, Value of D is 4.

Then he will see another option with X, Y, Z. Value of X is 1, Value of Y is 2 and Value of Z is 3.

If I select A and X, The value will come 2. How can I do that? I am stuck for a long time.
