QGIS2Web - How to move map controls

I am using the QGIS2Web plugin for QGIS to create leaflet based web maps and I'm wondering if it's possible to permanently alter the location of the zoom, measure and search buttons? Is there a way to declare the position of the buttons in the "Template" HTML so that the changes carry across to all maps made thereafter? Ideally I'm looking to move the controls to the bottom left of the window.
