Property of object is not getting reassigned

I want to use the data property in other methods but it shows me that it is empty During parsing it shows me that its not empty

    data: '',
    setData : function(csvFile){
        Papa.parse(csvFile,{
            header: false,
            dynamicTyping: true,
            complete: function(results){
                this.data = results.data;
                // Shows property is updated

            }
        });
