how can I know if a video is being streamed

I'm using nodejs to stream a video from aws s3 using the javascript sdk v3 for aws and the code is the last answer here on this link.

So, the code pretty much works, but, I wanted to know if there was something in the network tab or somewhere else in the browser, a tag or property/field perhaps that told me that the video was being streamed, instead of being grabbed at once and being delivered to me? Is there something in the browser that says that?
