How to access array elements in JSON where the top level node is variable

My JSON object looks like this:

{
   "2ba0ec68-e272-219f-439f-d3d31be607cf":[
      {
         "value__c":"1000",
         "valuedescription__c":null,
         "label":"Download Speed",
         "dataType":"Number",
         "default":"1000",
         "values":[
         ]
      },
      {
         "value__c":"1000",
         "valuedescription__c":null,
         "label":"Upload Speed",
         "dataType":"Number",
         "default":"1000",
         "values":[
         ]
      }
   ]
}

What is the best way to access each array in Javascript? The top node will not always be the same so it needs to be generic.
