Quiero instalar las herramientas de Firebase pero recibo un error cuando ejecuto el comando

Probé algunas soluciones pero nada funcionó para mí. Intenté instalar firebase-tools@v3.17.2 que parecía funcionar para algunas personas, también intenté reinstalar nodejs en su versión también en versiones anteriores.
