What will your goal be? 🤷

Creation of users in the different tools (WorkSpace, active directory, GLPI).
Cloud platform management
Register in GLPI the assignment of equipment or devices - Technological inventory.
Attention to user requests: Example to support password changes, unlocks among others.
Support the company's personnel withdrawal process (Restrict access to organizational tools).
Review and diagnose the equipment to generate an action plan.
Monitor the good performance of the equipment after solving the user's request.
Among other functions assigned by your area.

What requirements must you meet? 💪

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Basic knowledge in development.
NOSQL. Knowledge of containers and container orchestration systems (ie Docker, Kubernetes, etc), CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, etc).
Knowledge of servers and storage, networks and operating systems, knowledge of the cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure).
Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible).
Basic knowledge of testing.

Knowledge in:

Linux server administration.
Computer maintenance.
In wired and wireless networks.
Informatic security.

Skills 🤓

- Planning: Identify the end user, have visibility of delivery estimates for each area, know the technologies, infrastructure and methodologies.

- Construction: Identification of the tools, build the flow to guarantee the deployment, define the strategy for code management. Support the architect in the definition of technical guidelines.

- Quality: Coordinate with the quality area what would be the test automation strategies.

- Release: Support the architect for IT integration, know the infrastructure.

- Monitor the application: Provide tools that allow the health of the application to be validated. (Monitor the application), support the solution and identification of the causes of the errors to correct them.
