About you😃

You have at least 6 years of software development experience.
You have extensive experience leading development teams.
Very solid management in programming and business logic.
Solid handling of non-relational databases
Professional in systems engineering, software or related.
You are interested in being a Croper partner
You add a lot of points if you handle the MEAN Stack and have worked with startups.
You still like to write code and be on the cutting edge of technology.

Your functions ✍

Management

Technically guide and coordinate the development team in their programming tasks.
Structure solutions to help developers and ensure the success of software solutions (especially backend and business logic).
Advise management regarding risks and deadlines in developments.
Responsible for delivering projects to the market on time, quality.
Help departments use technology profitably
Contribute to building teams focused on excellence, and attracting talent
Act as a mentor to team members

Product

Ensuring quality and data protection from the technological product
Build a product that can evolve and scale, incorporating the necessary improvements and adjustments.

Technology

Select and implement the right tools, technologies, and architectures to meet product and agility goals.
Ensure that the technology meets the needs of the company in the short and long term.
Ensure the efficient extraction of data on the use of the platform, as a strategic business resource
Manage (or be able to delegate management) of cloud infrastructure resources to ensure functionality and efficiency.
