Angular Elements checkDeferredModules

Running into an issue trying to load two separate angular elements applications that seems to be related to wepback loading deferred modules. Loading the first application works fine, then trying to load the second fails in loading. As you can see in the screenshots below it seems to be related to the runtime module. Oddly this doesnt seem to be an issue after a window reload, we can then jump between both applications fine.

Ive gone down the route of renaming the global webpackjsonp variable per project, but that doesnt seem to fix this particular issue.
