What requirements must you meet? 💪

Experience: 3 years of experience in marketing demand generation or related roles, preferably for a SaaS company.
Marketing Technology Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of platforms and tools such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, 6Sense).
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven Results: Proven track record of driving results and delivering measurable business impact through marketing operations initiatives.
Project Management: Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines.

What will your responsibilities be? 📋

Develop and execute global marketing and ABM programs aligned with business objectives to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Identify and prioritize target accounts, collaborating with sales teams to ensure alignment.
Work with content and product marketing team members, incorporating messaging and content in campaign tactics that align with different stages of the buyer's journey.
Utilize various channels including email, social media, events, digital advertising, and content syndication to engage target accounts.
Implement account-specific marketing campaigns leveraging personalization and automation.
Measure and analyze campaign performance, optimizing programs for maximum impact.
Participate in cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and ABM initiatives effectively.
